Our nanny-on-call service, is a monthly service that takes all the worries out of finding quality caregivers for your date nights and/or occasional day shifts.

• When we have a caregiver available you will receive a booking confirmation by email. The confirmation will include our rates, policies, payment information. Once booked you can view the nanny’s profile located in your portal calendar. The nanny will check in with you 24 hours after your booking and will confirm with you 24 hours before the start time.

• All booking requests, changes or cancellations must go through Newborn & Nanny Professionals directly.

• The nanny is paid for their hourly rate via cash, or Venmo by the client before they leave.

• We work hard to fill all requests, however, we cannot guarantee nanny/caregiver’s availability or the same nanny/caregiver every time.
